Toasted homemade bread served with three types of cheeses and fresh herbs finished with roasted cherry tomatoes.

Toasted homemade bread topped with buffalo mozzarella and slices of tomato. Finished with pesto sauce.

 

Smoked Salmon

 

Smoked salmon rolled with ricotta, mascarpone, red onions, dill and chives. Served on a bed of salad.

 

Tricolore 

 

Slices of tomatoes, avocados and buffalo mozzarella cheese.

 

Pomodori al pesto

 

Big tomato stuffed with buffalo mozzarella and baked in the oven. Finished with pesto sauce.

 

Prosciutto con melone

 

Slices of melon wrapped with prosciutto and drizzled with olive oil.

Turkey breast stuffed with mincemeat, chestnuts and fresh herbs. Covered with pancetta and served with veg and potatoes.

Roast beef with mushroom sauce. Served with new potatoes.

Linguine pasta with king prawns, chilli, and white wine. Finished with cocktail sauce.

Risotto with king prawns, spring onions, avocado and garlic in a creamy Rossini sauce.
